What to Expect
Initial contact will begin with a free 15 minute phone consultation to decide if meeting in person is well-suited (Currently only offering telehealth due to Covid-19). From there, an intake assessment appointment will be scheduled to gather comprehensive information about your present issues and history to help guide your treatment needs.
It is important that both the client and therapist are a good fit for working together before engaging on the journey. If treatment is mutually agreed upon, we will begin establishing goals for therapy. If it is determined that I am not the best choice to work with you, I will provide a referral.
If you are living with any disabilities that you'd like me to know about, please discuss this with me if any specific acomodations are needed. I strive to create an accessible service. For consideration with those with chemical and scent sensitivities, I have a fragrance-free policy. Please come as scent-free as possible.
We can discuss fees for therapy services and payment over the phone prior to your initial consultation. If you plan to use insurance, I'm in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Presbyterian, Molina, and New Mexico Health Connections. Services may be covered in part by your health insurance for out-of-network behavioral health services. Please check with your provider prior to starting therapy for reimbursement rates and possible deductible.
Consultation, Coaching, Supervision and Professional Development Services
These services and fees are based on the individualized needs of the therapy practice, agency, or organization. The consultation, coaching, and professional development services are not limited to New Mexico and can be done remotely or otherwise. This can be discussed in more detail with an initial phone consultation.
