Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens.

Mindfulness-focused Psychotherapy, Supervision, Consultation and Teaching offerings with a twist of Buddhist and Punk Rock Ethos.

I offer compassionate care and consulting with a dedication to social justice, cultural humility, and empathic connection. I have 25+ years of experience working in the mindfulness-focused mental health field ranging in various capacities with all ages and stages. I enjoy working with individuals, groups, couples, and families. My style is utilizing a holistic framework that validates your unique experience, while offering guidance to get unstuck from habitual patterns that can be harmful to yourself and others.
I have cultivated a punk rock ethos since my teenage years that has alchemized into relating to the world's problems in empathic connection to myself and others as we allow ourselves to feel, deal, and heal. Areas of experience and interest in my practice include working with creative and spiritual blockages, anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergent/neurospicy, post-traumatic growth, attachment wounds healing, self-esteem, conscious parenting, LGBTQ+ issues, embracing perimenopause, and work-life balance.
In addition to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills building, I often incorporate experiential methods including mindfulness techniques, meditation, inner child healing, creative expression, music and sound healing, therapeutic art, and sandplay therapy.
I'm an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) approved by the NM Social Work Board and provide supervision services for licensure and otherwise (BSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC). I'm also a Field Instruction Supervisor for BSW and MSW interns in collaboration with universities in need of LCSW oversight.
